Today saw the inaugural cooking class, Soups and Salads. Curtis had six (6) pupils who seemed to have a great time. Curtis did a great job; he had a curriculum, fresh greens and radishes from Max and Katherine, all ingredients neatly displayed, and when I overheard him he spoke with a real authority, and was very good at relating the material. Good job, Curtis! A busy morning finally broke to a peaceful afternoon, which shall give way to an early closing. We have a baby kegger to prepare for! Summer's been getting herself and tummy baby ready all day by doing shots of Jagermister, she has really taken to the West Virginian lifestyle. We look forward to seeing everyone tonight.
