I don't always throw 'em pretty, but the above tasted great. Sort of the way really unattractive people can still work amongst us and perform their duties with aplomb. It never ceases to amaze.
Phil, on the other hand, is pouring drinks worthy of a picture. I've had baristas who couldn't throw this nice. Half inverted, hollow leaves, silky...for real? Unless he's upgraded without my knowledge, Phil threw this one on his Rancilio Silvia. When Phil finally decides this legal practice is going nowhere and is ready to join the ranks of barista, he will have a home at hypno!
