Many of you brew at home with one of the these methods, and we purposely left some wiggle room in the videos. Their (videos) purpose is to give you something gorgeous to look at (when we're closed of course) and spark up a conversation about hand-brewing (when we're open of course). Remember, we would love to help you reach the same level of coffee at home as you enjoy in-shop, so ask questions, cup coffee with us, and attend classes when we hold them.
