You haven't heard? A new bean came to town and
you were not informed? For all of you who check this blog, you get an extra hint about the newest edition at Hypno: Rwanda has blessed us with green beans, roasted to perfection for our "highest roast in WV" of
Rwanda Bourbon (Mr. Roasty was staying toasty with Mr. Beam, sorry, no bourbon is in the bean...).
Upon a first french press it reminded some of
Mexican Chiapas with a bit more earthiness. Perhaps it is similar to a North American bean but you'll have to come and find out for yourself. Not on Wednesday, of course, since we are closed. Come by after 8 a.m. every other morning, though! Happy Sipping!
