Look who showed up today! Much to the chagrin of my back, Chris (of Summer's brother fame) and I uncrated the roaster, and with Summer and Alex's (of Summer's sister fame) assistance we positioned our newest worker. The Diedrich IR3 is safe and resting on our lovely counter, awaiting gas and vent before that scurvy dog spews forth the best damn coffee you've ever had cross those rum-soaked lips of yours. Oh yes, the Diedrich and I are confident in our abilities to blow minds. Give us a couple of weeks before you ask to buy our beans or expect it in your cup aboard the HypnoShip. Soon me mateys!
